Winter Waldorf Salad

  • 1 apple, cored and cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 1 winter pear, cored and cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery or celeriac (celery root)
  • 1/2 cup toasted walnuts or sunflower seeds
  • dried cranberries or raisins (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Cranberry Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons plain yogart


  • Cut the fruit and combine with celery, nuts and dried fruit in a medium bowl. Whisk together the Organic Maine Cranberry Ketchup and plain yogurt and stir over the fruit
