WILD BLUEBERRY BEET SMOOTHIE

Make two and freeze one! This nutritious and delicious beverage is perfect for a quick, on-the-go meal
Servings 2 glasses

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup full-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 cup cooked beets
  • 1 cup frozen wild Maine blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Puree all ingredients in the blender.
  • Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy!
