VEGAN AIOLI
You’ll never know this creamy sauce features tofu and it is 100% vegan approved
Ingredients
- 8 ounces silken tofu drained
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In the bowl of your food processor, puree until smooth. Makes about 1 cup.
