Straight Shooting Burgers

My family loves the combination of blue cheese and scallions. In this burger recipe, we combine them with venison and Wild Apple Grill & Marinade Sauce.
Servings 4 burgers


  • 1 pound ground venison (or other ground meat)
  • 1/2 cup chopped scallions
  • 2 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Apple Ketchup


  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped scallions, crumbled blue cheese and Wild Apple Grill & Marinade Sauce with the venison. Shape into four patties. Season the patties with sea salt and fresh pepper.
  • Cook over a hot grill.
