Oven Baked Donuts

Oven Baked Pumpkin Donuts

This recipe comes to us from Pat, a second year CSA Shareholder.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon non-aluminum baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup raw milk
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Maple Butter

Instructions
 

  • Beat together the egg, milk, and pumpkin butter. Stir in the flour and baking powder. Spoon batter into a lightly greased donut pan. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 10-15 minutes. Top with a maple syrup/powdered sugar glaze, if desired.
