The combination of goat cheese with Wild Apple Grill & Marinade Sauce is a luxury that is worth every bite. In the spring, I like to use the green tops of the garlic plants sold at Farmers’ Markets.
- 1 pound ground beef (or turkey, venison, meat of your choice)
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- 2 large canned chilies, chopped (about 1/3 cup)
- 1/2 cup goat cheese or farmer’s cheese (3 ounces), crumbled
- 1/4 cup Apple Ketchup
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ingredients with the ground meat, mixing well with your hands. Shape into four burgers. Season the burgers with sea salt and fresh pepper.
- Cook on the grill.
