Israeli Cream of Squash Soup
Israeli Cream of Squash Soup made with Roasted Onion and Squash Puree, stock, cream, parsley and sesame seeds.
- 2 cups Roasted Onion & Squash Puree (one jar)
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable stock
- 1 cup cream
- chopped fresh parsley
- toasted sesame seeds
- Combine in a saucepan and heat on top of the stove. Ladle into heated soup plates. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and toasted sesame seeds. Makes four servings.
