- 1 piece puff pastry
- Spiced Peach Butter or jam of choice
- Preheat the oven to 430 degrees. Spread the puff pastry on a cookie sheet or pizza pan. Spread a thin layer of jam over the top. Bake until golden and puffed, about 12 – 18 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve.
We enjoy this for breakfast! Or with a scoop of ice cream for dessert.
